Magnify I-F post Finished

To be honest I didn't think this would turn out so good. Though I had to make a whole new copy of the doll-like thing that was magnified, it was well worth it.

Repetition project Finalized

I am actually happy with how this one turned out. The only tricky one to do was the hexagon one in the top right. Besides that it was a piece of cake.

Ordered chaos (Formerly "excersise 1 RAW")

After working with it in adobe illustrator, I have to say I'm impressed with some parts, but not with all of them. There was some writing that is underneath the picture that I wish I could keep, but didn't have to copy over and keep it as is. As an artist it's hard to make sacrifice.

I-Friday post RAW

The illustrationfriday.com challenge on the week of Aug 23, 2009 was magnify. I showed a doll getting bigger and bigger. The picture is cut off, but i will get to editing it.

"Repetition" Ink study RAW

Using only black ink I had to show a principle of design and repeat a shape. The top left shows balance. The top right focuses mostly on emphasis. The bottom left has contrast, and the bottom right has unity/rhythm.

Exercise #1 RAW

Ok so first day we did an exercise where we had to make an abstract drawing where we had to show some principals of design. It first started out as gibberish, but it changed to organized gibberish. This image shows mostly emphasis.
